Trump instructs DOJ to sanction regulation companies over 'vexatious' litigation towards govt

President Trump urged the Division of Justice (DOJ) on Friday to sanction lawyers and regulation companies in the event that they interact in “frivolous, unreasonable and vexatious” litigation towards the U.S. govt. 

“Attorneys and regulation companies that interact in movements that violate the regulations of the USA or regulations governing legal professional habits should be successfully and successfully held responsible,” Trump said in a memo released by the White House. “Responsibility is particularly essential when misconduct by way of attorneys and regulation companies threatens our nationwide safety, hometown safety, public protection, or election integrity.”

The president then ordered Bondi to check the “conduct” of attorneys and regulation companies that experience introduced litigation towards the government within the closing 8 years.
