DeSantis knocks Ultimate Court docket ruling on Trump overseas help freeze as neglected alternative

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) criticized the latest Ultimate Court docket ruling blocking off President Trump’s freeze on overseas help, calling it a neglected alternative.

“The (liberal) district judge has no authority to order @POTUS Trump to send billion of dollars oversees. The Supreme Court missed a huge opportunity to put a stop to rogue district courts interfering with executive branch operations,” DeSantis mentioned Wednesday on X.

He argued that the Ultimate Court docket’s 5-4 determination provides a “green light” to each and every pass judgement on resisting Trump’s movements and lets them “throw sand in the gears” of his government authority.

DeSantis additionally identified that Ultimate Court docket Justice Samuel Alito “is right.”
