Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on Friday recommended the Administrative center of Control and Finances (OMB) and the Division of Agriculture (USDA) to exempt federal seasonal firefighters from President Trump’s federal hiring freeze.

In a letter to each departments, he famous that the transfer has stalled the onboarding of 1000’s of seasonal firefighters.
